Shipping Information

Mama Roux Bath + Body currently ships USPS First Class and Priority Mail to addresses in the Continental United States and Canada. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees for international shipping. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are payable by the buyer. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.

If there is a significant shipping cost discrepancy in your favor we will refund the difference once your items have shipped. If your package is returned due to incorrect address information supplied to us, your order can be reshipped at the buyer's expense or the order can be refunded minus shipping costs.

You will receive tracking information from PayPal via email once your order has shipped. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with any delivery issues.

All items are carefully wrapped prior to shipping, however if you received an item that was damaged beyond reasonable use during the delivery process, please send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide a picture of the damage and your order number with your email. Once items have been delivered and are in your possession, we cannot be responsible for, or issue refunds concerning, issues that are not related to shipping.
